Call for Sponsors

Many of our partner organizations have inquired about how they might provide support for the meeting. In response, the Planning Committee has identified a variety of opportunities and the associated benefits.

Sponsor Benefits
All sponsors will be recognized on the conference website and social media sites—with national and international reach–within the printed program, and in association with the specific item or event sponsored.

Title Sponsor ($5,000+) will also be mentioned by name in all radio or television advertisements, at the opening plenary session, in all print and digital advertising, and receive an invitation for six (6) to attend sponsored event with distinctive name badge to denote support level.

Event Sponsor ($2,500-$4,999) will also be included in all print and digital advertising and  receive an invitation for four (4) to attend sponsored event with distinctive name badge to denote support level.

Supporter ($1,000-$2,499) will also receive an invitation for two (2) to attend sponsored event with distinctive name badge to denote support level.

Friend ($500-$999) will receive basic sponsor benefits outlined above.

Scholarship Sponsor ($225-499) Sponsors may specify a recipient or the Planning Committee will offer registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
